This Linkage Group is facilitated by Esther Onolememen and nominates two representatives onto the Fingal County Council Economic Development, Enterprise and Tourism Strategic Policy Committee (SPC). It also nominates five representatives onto the Fingal Local Community Development Committee (LCDC). The LCDC oversees the multi million euro Social Inclusion and Community Activation Programme and the Rural LEADER fund.
