Fingal County Council is exploring the idea of establishing a new Fingal-wide Music and Cultural Festival / Event to take place in 2023. The aim is to foster inclusion, integration and cohesion among residents, especially young people, by celebrating the rich diversity of nationalities and cultures in the county.
