Alongside an overview of the Code, this training will explore the principles and practices of good governance, identify strategies to help you apply these in your organisation while ensuring your continued compliance with the Charities governance Code’s requirements.
Gerry Egan is a consultant and trainer who works with a variety of commercial and non-profit clients specialising in corporate governance, data protection, and strategy and change. He is a Chartered Director, and Company Secretary and serves on the board of a charity. Gerry is also a judge in the Good Governance Awards for community and voluntary organisations, charities and social enterprises.
