The Wheel are pleased to offer a unique 8-week Leading Remote Teams training course. It is fully funded, so it is free of charge. Over 150 participants from across the nonprofit sector have completed the programme and found it extremely valuable.
Designed and offered by Laois & Offaly Education and Training Board and Grow Remote, in association with The Wheel, the programme is fully funded under Skills to Advance for eligible participants.
Course Details
The programme involves pragmatic advice from guest speakers and facilitated lessons.
There are two separate offerings of the programme. You can pick the start date and time that best suits you. Here are the start dates/times:
The time commitment per week is 4-hours. The schedule is:
- 1-hour live call once a week
- 3-hours of self-paced learning in your own time on the online hub.

- Employee well-being
- Remote team culture
- Managing performance
- Learning and development
- Change management.
More than one participant from any organisation is encouraged and welcome.
