Fingal County Council’s Summer Project and Halloween Project Programme Funding is administered by Fingal County Council, Community & Sports Division. Approx €70,000 funding is available to groups within the community and voluntary sector who are providing a supervised programme of recreational and educational activities for young people in compliance with current Covid-19 public safety guidelines and restrictions. The maximum funding available to groups is €2,000.Applications are open to Community and Voluntary groups. Single interest and membership based organisations must ensure their project is open to the public.
