Fingal Women Bringing Change
Following on from A Conversation on Women’s Leadership in the Community (International Womens Day 2021), the next step initiative She Leads, We Lead : Fingal Women Bringing Change, is commencing in Nov. The programme is led by local women leaders in Fingal and will explore achievements, challenges, and opportunities that women experience in community action
The programme kicks of on the 3rd (online) and 4th (Mountview Community Centre) November with a Come and Try taster course that will introduce women to leadership skills. Those attending will then be invited to sign up for an 8 week course that will explore defining your goal, developing your message, building leadership for the future and meeting share leaders.
The 5 leaders that participated in A Conversation on Women’s Leadership in the Community have been central to building the course content and will co-facilitate the sessions with Dr Lucy Michael.
