The Local Environment Action Fund (LEAF) is a grant programme that supports the sustainability aims of local Tidy Towns and similar voluntary community groups that contribute to enhancing their community’s local environment.
Tidy Towns and resident’s groups can apply with local partners where appropriate/ if desired, such as schools, community groups, sports clubs etc. to deliver environmental and climate action projects of various sizes.
The grant aims to empower voluntary community groups and Tidy Towns committees to take meaningful climate action and enhance the local environment through impactful, community-driven projects, in collaboration with community stakeholders.
Deadline for Completed Applications via the portal is Friday 17th July 4.30pm.
