Join the Climate Heroes Competition: Empower your community for environmental change!

This is an invitation to join a groundbreaking new initiative, the ‘Climate Heroes’ competition.

The Climate Heroes competition, now in its second year, is designed to empower local community groups to make a meaningful change in key environmental areas such as Transport, Food, Consumption, and Energy.

From April 15 to Earth Day on April 26, community groups across Ireland will come together to participate in this transformative initiative. And we’d like your community to be among them!

To learn more about the competition and register your team, please visit www.climateheroes.ie.

Here’s why you should consider joining the Climate Heroes Challenge:

  • Empowerment: Climate Heroes provides a unique tool for your community to mobilise and educate members, helping them discover their power to make a tangible impact.
  • Education: Through a series of thematic webinars and workshops, participants in the competition will learn more about climate-related issues and connect with other Irish community groups making a difference.
  • Action: The Climate Heroes challenge encourages participants to understand and challenge the forces driving climate change, join with allies to reduce carbon emissions and take actions using powerful technology.
  • Community Impact: By participating, your community can contribute to a broader narrative of sustainability, advocating for policy shifts and supporting initiatives that promote a greener future.

Participation in the Climate Heroes competition is completely free of charge, thanks to the generous support from Irish Aid in the Department of Foreign Affairs.

And taking part in Climate Heroes will show you that a lot of what is being said about climate action simply isn’t true.

So sign up for the Climate Heroes competition now!
