Why are species being driven to extinction and how does this matter to our everyday lives? Join Pádraic Fogarty in Blanchardstown Library for this fascinating talk to mark Dublin Climate Action Week. Pádraic is the author of ‘Whittled Away – Ireland’s Vanishing Nature’ and the 2022 podcast ‘Shaping New Mountains’. He is an ecologist and was campaign officer for the Irish Wildlife Trust. He currently writes about the biodiversity crisis for outlets in Ireland and Britain. All welcome.
