Community Integration & Social Inclusion Workshop
In support of Fingal County Council and Fingal Inclusion week 2023, Community Integration & Social Inclusion Workshop is designed to equip participants with the skill, knowledge, and abilities to foster positive integration and inclusion.
Attendees will be furnished with the resources, capabilities, and skillsets necessity for a smooth transition to an inclusion agile environment in addition to the key theoretical concepts required for overcoming disruptive diversity biases and stereotypical resistance.
Objective: Community Integration & Social Inclusion Workshop is critical for developing well-grounded, world class incumbents, who will strategically propel an organisation’s inclusiveness and belonging values with a view to entrenching the principle in the organisational culture.
Participants who completed the workshop in the past confirmed that it immensely enhanced their ability to successfully develop and implement Community Integration and Social Inclusion programmes and initiatives.
