Global Action Plan, with support from Fingal County Council, is operating a Community Garden in Corduff, which is open to anyone living or working in the Dublin 15 area.
The “GLAS @ TU Dublin” community garden is open on Mondays, Thursdays and Friday mornings, and is located here.
Buses: 878 from Coolmine via Clonsilla/Hartstown to TU Dublin and back. Other buses to the area are 38 and N4.
The garden is hosting a series of free workshops in the coming weeks. They include:
- 7 March – Constructing and Managing Raised Beds
- 14 March – Planting Hedgerows
- 21 March – Seed Sowing
- 11 April – Growing Potatoes in Bags
These events are funded by Fingal County Council, and are all completely free of charge.
