Free Capacity Building Training for Voluntary Groups in Rural Dublin – Limited Places Available!

Dublin Rural LEADER is delighted to launch a Capacity Building Training Programme tailored specifically for voluntary and community groups across rural Dublin. Whether you’re a new group just getting started or an established organisation looking to grow, this free training series is designed to strengthen your group’s skills, confidence and long-term sustainability.

What’s on offer?

The expert-led training modules will cover key areas such as:

  • Governance and legal responsibilities
  • Fundraising and grant applications
  • Financial and project management
  • Volunteer recruitment and retention
  • Strategic planning and leadership
  • Social media and communications

Where & When?

The training will run online, with 2 workshops included at accessible venues across rural Dublin between September and November 2025.

Who should attend?

Members of voluntary, community, and not-for-profit groups based in the rural areas of Fingal, South Dublin, and Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown. All training is completely free, but spaces are limited, so early registration is encouraged!
