This free-entry Saturday market celebrates the best of local food, produce, and craft. Featuring a wide and carefully curated range of stallholders, with a strong emphasis on fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced goods, supported by both the Fingal Food Circle and Fingal Farmers. You can expect a welcoming atmosphere, with everything from artisan food producers and farm-fresh vegetables to baked goods and speciality products, showcasing the richness of Fingal’s culture.
Ukrainian Exhibition at Swords Castle Chapel – August 15th
Ukrainian Volunteers of Ireland also bring their ‘A Symbol of Hope’ exhibition to the Chapel at Swords Castle this August. This exhibition, created by the Ukrainian Volunteers of Ireland’s Older and Wiser group, highlights the cultural and shared experiences that connect Ireland and Ukraine. Featuring eleven mannequins that are dressed in both traditional Ukrainian and Irish clothing. Everyone is invited to come along and enjoy the exhibits which will be open on market day. Entry is free of charge.
