Public Survey re Digital and ICT Strategy

The Local Government Management Agency (LGMA) is currently working with the 31 local authorities on the creation of a new Digital and ICT Strategy for local government. This strategy aims to use the power of digital to improve how we do things in local authorities, and to provide services in ways that work better for the public and for local authority staff.

As part of that process a public survey has been launched to understand how the public currently use digital and online services and how they would like to use local authority services digitally in the future.

Your views will help to:

  • Deliver better online local government services
  • Plan for the future of digital and ICT in local government
  • Understand what works well for members of the public or businesses
  • Understand where we need to do more to help people to use and access online local government services

The survey is now live at https://forms.office.com/e/3yBJRxnCrr and the Irish language version is live at https://forms.office.com/e/VfDQV5Zin3

The closing date for the survey is Friday 11th August.

It is a very positive opportunity for you to have your say and help shape their services into the future.
