O’Dwyers GAA jumped at the chance to sign up to the Fingal County Council COVID -19 Community Response Forum to provide help and support to members of the community who need a helping hand. We put a call out to our members for help and unsurprisingly people stepped up in numbers.
Since April 1st we have 32 Volunteers on daily stand by ready to answer a call from somebody in need.
To date we have answered 50 call outs from people that needed assistance. Requests have ranged from , groceries , prescriptions , human contact and garden maintenance.
