The COVID-19 pandemic has quite clearly hit all of our colleagues, our organisations, and indeed our entire sector with a ferocity that we have never seen before. The human cost of the crisis is still mounting, as it impacts on our members, our families and friends, and our communities.
However, during this crisis, we have all also seen the emergence of resilience, creativity and determination too…
For example, many of us have begun to consider how we can change what we believe and how we behave in relation to our mental health and well-being. Together, we can respond with compassion and support when our colleagues, family or friends are facing challenges.
With this in mind, Pulse Learning has announced the roll out of I Am Here, their new mental health and well-being programme. And you are invited to be a part of it…
I Am Here has multiple elements, including free online courses, expert help and support, professional activation and evidence-based measurement and evaluation. I Am Here is designed to positively disrupt existing workplace cultures while empowering team members to have the courage, confidence and skills to show they care, to support their colleagues and to call for help when they need it.
