Grow Mental Health: Six-Week Introductory Program

Grow Mental Health is one of Ireland’s oldest and most prolific mental health charities. They are a community of people drawn together by first-hand experiences of mental health problems. Having found practical ways of helping each other recover from mental health challenges they developed The Grow Program. They meet weekly in locations all over Ireland and online and use their 12-Step Program to recover from various forms of mental health problems.

In this six-week online introductory course, you will hear how the Grow Program was developed and how it is used to create new hope, a sense of identity, meaning, and valued connection. The Grow Program is about empowering people to nurture their own positive mental health and well-being by supporting personal growth and establishing a path to recovery.  All groups operate on a peer-support model and are free to attend, non-judgemental, and open to anyone over the age of 18.

The Online Six-Week Introductory program starts Thursday, October 27th from 6 – 8 PM.
