Fingal Safer Halloween is an initiative of Fingal County Council that supports local community and voluntary groups to provide diversionary activities for young people and encourage greater safety during Halloween. In addition to organising fun events, local community groups and centres will be generating an awareness of Fingal County Council services including the recycling amnesty, bonfire stockpiling collections and general tips on staying safe.
