How can I stop bread going stale or mouldy?
According to @Stop_Food_Waste the answer is to store bread better!
Want to know why?

  • Bread goes stale faster in cooler temperatures because of starch
retrogradation. Store at room temperature or freeze for later!
  • Mould can form in warm, damp environments. Storing in plastic can create that environment!
