The Wheel, along with our fellow partners in the National Rural Network, has launched an online campaign to celebrate the impact of the LEADER Programme, which has been in operation in Ireland since 1991, on rural communities across Ireland.
The campaign invites entries from all who have a tale of positive change to tell as a result of participating in the LEADER programme. These changes could be in the form of a specific amenity or service, or they could refer to an overall sense of community pride – so long as LEADER played a part in that change, the NRN wants to celebrate your story.
