Blanchardstown Brass Band and Fingal County Council Community Development Office would like to invite you to join us in concert to celebrate the Brass for Blanchardstown Action Together graduates, in their first performance in Draiocht Theatre on Thursday 17th November 2022, 8pm- 9.30pm (Doors Opening at 7.30pm).
Brass for Blanchardstown Action Together started in April 2022 with a call out to adults in Dublin 15 to sign up for a free 6 month music programme with the Blanchardstown Brass Band. Music lessons took place weekly with the support of experienced band members and Musical Director. Eleven participants with no previous musical experience successfully completed the programme and will join the Blanchardstown Brass Band during the concert to perform in Draiocht. This project is supported by Fingal County Council Community Development Office and is a great example of community working in partnership with the Council. This concert is FREE to the public and run as part of Fingal Inclusion Week (14th-19th Nov)
